As foreign direct investment is showing a declining trend at present, major multinational corporations (MNCs) have been paying attention to the Asian market. Although MNCs have established a business tradition in Asia, they face a new market along with the emerging Chinese economy and the new business environment. Therefore, management requires a new strategy and a new standard. This session will review the wisdom of successful businessmen in Asia and discuss the management know-how of successful businessmen in China.
