With the views presented by the world leaders in their keynote speeches at the Opening Ceremony, the theme of the 7th Jeju Forum will be discussed among the leaders of the Asia Pacific region. The participants will provide their views on the historic trends of the world and the future of East Asia. This will be an opportunity to review what should be done for the peace and prosperity of Asia. Various approaches of cooperation in the region will be discussed, such as the vitalization of regional cooperation, promotion of economic cooperation and free trade, expansion of cultural exchange, and promotion of mutual understanding, among others.
