Borders between countries are being removed, and competition among companies is becoming fiercer with the rise of globalization. A company needs to develop new technology and strengthen its competitiveness, but it is also essential for it to effectively protect technology previously developed by investing substantial funds and effort. Industrial security, an important factor in corporate management, is more reliable and necessary than insurance as it strengthens a company’s foundation and ensures against future compromise. We will take a look at the flow and direction of domestic and overseas industrial security policies, and discuss the effects of the Personal Information Protection Act on corporate management.
