Insang Yoo is currently serving as the head of LG CNS Smart City Business Group. He joined the company in 2002 and was responsible for the strategy for the Seoul Metropolitan Transportation New Transit Card System project. Since 2010, he has exported LG’s advanced transportation systems to other countries, including Colombia, Greece and Malaysia
In recognition of smart city expertise, he became a smart city special committee member under Presidential committee on 4th Industrial Revolution. In 2017, he was named one of the top 100 technology leaders in the future selected by the National Academy of Engineering and received an award from the Minister of Land, Infrastructure and Transport

유인상 단장은 현재 LG CNS 스마트시티사업추진단장으로 재직 중이다. 서울대학교 기계항공공학부를 졸업하였고, LG CNS에는 2002년 컨설턴트로 합류하여 서울시 신교통카드 시스템 구축사업의 전략을 담당하였다. 이후 2010년부터는 스마트교통사업단장을 역임하였고, 국내 선진 교통시스템을 콜롬비아, 그리스, 말레이시아 등의 해외에 수출하였다. 2017년에는 스마트시티분야에서 공학한림원에서 선정한 100대 미래기술과 주역에 선정되었으며, 국토교통부 장관상도 수상하였다. 2018년부터는 대통령직속 4차산업혁명위원회 산하 스마트시티 특별위원회 위원으로서 정부의 정책수립과 시범도시 및 도시재생분야의 발전에 기여하고자 노력하고 있다.
