김동훈은 연세대학교 국제학대학원(GSIS)과 언더우드 국제대학 교수이다. 국제개발협력학회에서 국제위원회 위원, 학회지 편집위원을 역임하였으며 현재 감사를 맡고 있다. 연세대학교 언더우드 국제대학에 지속가능개발협력 프로그램을 설립하여 개발경제 관련 과목을 강의하고 있다. 개도국에서의 빈곤퇴치와 관련한 문제, 사회경제적 인프라 구축 및 인간개발에 관한 다수의 논문을 국제저널에 발표하였다. 김동훈은 연세대학교에서 경제학을 공부하였으며 미국 코넬대학교에서 경제학 박사를 취득하였다.

Dong-Hun KIM is professor of economics at the graduate school of international studies, Yonsei University. He was a board member of internal affairs at KAIDEC and recently took the position of auditor. He established sustainable development and cooperation program at the Underwood International College of Yonsei University and has taught courses related with international development. He published academic articles on the issues of poverty reduction, remittances, and human development in international academic journals. Dong-Hun KIM received his B.A. in economics from Yonsei University and and Ph.D in economics from Cornell University.
