민태은은 통일연구원 연구위원이다. 고려대학교를 졸업하고 미국 시카고 대학교에서 국제관계와 정책학 석사, 그리고 아이오와 대학에서 정치학 박사학위를 받았다. 현재 미국정치, 한미관계, 여론, 그리고 한국의 통일정책을 연구하고 있다.


Dr. Tae Eun MIN is a research fellow of Peace Research Division in Korea Institute for National Unification(KINU). She received her MA degree from University of Chicago, Ph. D degree from University of Iowa, majoring in Political science. Her major areas of interest are American politics, US Foreign Policy, public opinion, and South Korea’s Unification Policy. She has published numerous reports, articles and books on Korea–U.S. Relations, South Korea’s unification policy, North Korea’s nuclear issues and North Korean defectors, including “Unification and North Korean Policy involving the General Public(2018, 2019, 2020)” and “Grand Unification Plan(2016, 2017).”
