Lee Sun-tae was born in August 1964 in North Chungcheong Province, South Korea. He is currently engaged in democratic civic education at the Democratic Citizens' Education Center of the Korea Democracy Foundation. I graduated from Seoul National University with a major in sociology. While attending university, I actively participated in student movement and spent two years in prison. Since then, Christian Institute for the Justice and Development(CISJD) has participated in various civic and social movements in research, lectures and international solidarity areas. Currently, he is interested in solving political and social conflicts such as the history of the Korean democratization movement and the confrontation between the camps

이선태는 1964년 8월 대한민국 충북 출신이다. 현재 민주화운동기념사업회 민주시민교육센터에서 민주시민교육 활동을 하고 있다. 서울대학교에서 사회학 전공으로 학부와 대학원을 졸업하였다. 대학교 재학중 학생운동에 적극 참여하여 2년의 수감생활을 했다. 이후 한국기독교사회문제연구원(CISJD) 등에서 연구, 강의, 국제연대 영역에서 다양한 시민사회운동에 참여하였다. 현재는 한국민주화운동의 역사, 진영간 대립 등 정치사회적 갈등 문제의 해결에 많은 관심을 갖고 활동하고 있다.
