Gusun Park was born in 1960 in Yeongcheon Gyeonsangbuk-do has made arduous efforts on innovation growth of national biohealth industry as chair of Osong medical innovation foundation. Since Gusun Park started his career in Korea Institute of Science and Technology in 1987, served as director of National S&T commission and as vice president of Korea Institute of S&T Evaluation and Planning.

Gusun Park mainly developed the national science policies including system of the status/ improvement of preliminary feasibility study of national R&D and platform of national technical information service. As an active leader of Osong medical innovation foundation since 2016, he planned the 3rd and 4th development strategies of national medical innovation cluster.

오송첨단의료산업진흥재단 박구선 이사장은 1960년 경북 영천 출생으로 대한민국 바이오헬스산업의 혁신성장을 위해 활발히 활동하고 있다. 1987년 KIST를 시작으로 한국과학기술기획평가원 부원장 및 국가과학기술위원회 성과평가국장 등을 역임하며 국가 과학기술정책 및 바이오분야 전문가로서, 기술예비타당성조사 제도 도입, 국가과학기술종합정보시스템(NTIS)구축을 통한 국가 정보기술전략화 추진 등 과학기술정책의 선진화 및 효율화를 선도하였다. 2016년 오송첨단의료산업진흥재단으로 자리를 옮겨, 제3, 4차 첨단의료복합단지 종합계획을 수립한 바 있다.
