	Ritsumeikan Asia Pacific University 리츠메이칸 아시아태평양대학교 Professor 교수 Tatsufumi Yamagata earned Ph. D. in economics from the University of Rochester, USA. He is President of the Japan Society for International Development (JASID). He is a professor of the Ritumeikan Asia Pacific University in Beppu, Japan.
